Class information
Our classes are suitable for men and women, beginners are welcome as options are given. Improve your fitness, burn body fat, improve flexibility, strengthen and tone your body with fun & controlled exercises in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Please note, It is important to have the consent from your doctor before beginning any exercise programmes. A health questionnaire must be completed by all newcomers. If you have any known medical conditions you should inform your instructor before you start.

Clubbercise fitness classes that are more like a night out than a workout LOVE Clubbercise® it's Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines in darker rooms using glow sticks to club music with disco lights. IDEAL FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS
Clubbercise & Toning
Combing the normal Clubbercise class but adding lots of extra toning using mats and working on legs, bums Tummy’s and arms.
Kettlercise"Hiit"
Ideal for Men and Women. Using the blood shunting method this class involves 37 different exercises using a kettle bell. And as if that's not enough we have added some mini bursts of High intensity interval training. Ideal for those who want to see real results fast. Really designed to tone, sculpt and change your body shape in as little as 3 weeks IDEAL FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS + it’s easy to follow.
Zumba Fitness
Zumba Fitness is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. This Class is ideal for all levels to burn fat and tone. It’s easy to pick up and fun to do. We choreograph our classes so that we cover different areas and tone Legs, arms and tummy's whilst burning calories. IDEAL FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS
Zumba Fitness & Toning
Combing the normal Zumba Fitness class as above but adding lots of extra toning using mats and working on legs, bums Tummy’s and arms. IDEAL FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS
Boot Camp- Circuit Training
giving you a Full Body Work out. Working on various areas using interval training. Burns fat and tones all important areas. Using dumbbells and kettle bells and different apparatus. Ideal for those who want to see real results fast. Using interval training it’s tailored to burn fat and tone your arms, tummy’s legs and bum. IDEAL FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS + it’s easy to follow.
Booty Tone
a great Combination class designed to keep you coming back for more. A re-vamp on the old LEGS BUMS AND TUMS. Just imagine working out and the time just disappears, combining total body conditioning exercises with cardio training, Combat, Boxing and some funk. It’s the ultimate workout. Lots of toning for the arms, improvements in physical strength and stamina, toning your legs, bums, tummy and - an all-round total body work out. IDEAL FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS
