Cardio training can burn calories to melt away fat, lower blood pressure and, in some cases, decrease cholesterol levels. Health benefits of cardio are undeniable: It strengthens the heart and lungs, lowers blood pressure, helps you lose weight, and promotes better sleep. In some some cases cardio excercise can improce your sex life.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is considered more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher, "In research, HIIT has been shown to burn adipose tissue more effectively than low-intensity exercise - up to 50% more efficiently." It has also been shown to speed up your metabolism which helps you burn more calories throughout the day. What is hiit? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a form of cardio performed at such an intense level that your body will spend the rest of the day expending energy to recover. This is commonly referred to as EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) and it means that you consume a great deal more oxygen recovering from the exercise bout than you would have if you'd just done a steady-state workout. You will be burning up to nine times more fat while sitting on the sofa later that night than you would have if you'd spent an hour on the treadmill at a moderate pace. Strenth Training or Resistance training  What is Strength Training? Strength Training is exercising to increase your physical strength. strength training Burns Fat. & calories, & keeps your metabolic rate high
(helping more under whilst dieting) .Strength Training It's any exercise that triggers a sustained elevated heart rate. Strength training is the use of resistance to cardivascular contraction to build the strenth & endurance & size of skeletal muscles. There are many different  methods of strength training, the most common being the "strength training"
and "resistance training" are often used interchangeably. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional  benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased  bone,  muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury,  increased bone density, a temporary increase in metabolism, improved cardiac  function, and elevated HDL  (good) cholesterol. Training commonly uses the technique of  progressively increasing the force output of the muscle through incremental  increases of weight, elastic tension or other resistance, and uses a variety of  exercises and types of equipment to target specific muscle groups.  Strength training is primarily an anaerobic activity, although some proponents have  adapted it to provide the benefits of aerobic exercise through circuit training. Srength training differs from bodybuilding, weightlifting,  powerlifting, and Like jogging, running, swimming, cycling. Any low-resistance training that gets your heart pumping and & lungs working. It puts your whole body into a high gear, burning calories & working your metabolism

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning training resistance training and high-intensity cardio. It is designed to be easy to follow and  target strength building as well as muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is  one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is  complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit.
Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. Or sometimes using HIIT between to increase your heart rate.
