Hi there, I hope you are all well and not feeling the cold too much!
For the next 2 weeks Thursday 6pm Zumba will not be running but Kettlercise and Cardio will be on as normal every Thursday at 7pm.

We are also starting back at Arden Hall This Tuesday coming and offering a FREE CLASS - please read how to get a FREE Class Below.....
I will be sending out a survey/questionnaire to see what kind of class you will want at 6pm on Thursday's and to find out if any of you have any ideas or things that may suit you better with timings etc...

To get a FREE Class on Tuesday 26th January Please send a text to: 07525 414 7007525 414 70307525 414 703 with {YOUR NAME} and FREE CLASS ARDEN 26th. Please send this before 7pm Monday 25th so I can add your name to the list. *only one name per mobile number.*
